We operate a simple 3 step pricing structure designed to reflect the amount of effort needed to resolve any given issue while providing the customer with excellent value for money.
We charge NO VAT on our Services.

Simple fix, non-OS software review/installation or component installation - £50

Moderate fix, non-data recovery OS re-build. Network installations; full recovery from PUPs and viruses etc - £75

Large fix, anything not included in above where agreed with the customer and Full System re-builds with selective data backup/restore - £100
(Please note that we would typically collect your PC and perform a Large fix on our workbench)

(OS = Operating System - this may be Windows XP - Windows 7 )

The above prices are per PC/Workstation, but we are happy to offer reduced rates where multiple units are involved.
