TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUMMARY

The following is a summary of our Terms and Conditions that shall apply to all commissions where NAILSEA-OnLINE have been engaged.
We try to keep these as simple and sensible as possible.

  1. NAISEA-OnLINE (we/us) generally work on a trust basis. The customer trusts us to carry out work requested in a conciencious and professional manner and we trust the customer to supply us with whatever access to their property and information about their issue as requested.
  2. We also trust the customer to pay us upon successful completion of work!
  3. Components supplied at cost when installed as part of a job.
  4. Total prices agreed prior to work commencing.
  5. We reserve the right to alter prices according to developments in job progress subject to agreement.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse, cease jobs where we deem appropriate.
  7. We are NOT VAT registered but will supply an Invoice/Receipt for all work carried out.
  8. We expect payment in full, in pounds sterling, by whatever means agreed, upon completion of our work.
  9. Components supplied may be used and would not be covered by a formal warrantee other than our explicit promise to ensure that goods supplied are fit for the purpose designed. Otherwise new goods supplied will be covered by the manufacturers warantee or 3rd party supplier's conditions as per the documentation included with the product. We shall agree with the customer whether used or new goods should be supplied prior to their procurement.
  10. Our work is guaranteed for no less than 3 months and no more than 12 months depending upon the work carried out, provided that the customer has not caused or exacerbated a condition previously fixed by our work.
  11. We reserve the right to add a mileage/expenses charge to any job where appropriate. Any such charge will be agreed with the customer prior to work commencing.
  12. We reserve the right to amend our price sructure at any time.
  13. We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions, including the content of this summary, at any time.
